Unclog the Toilet

  1. First, grab a plunger. Show them what a plunger looks like, and explain that it's used to clear blockages in the toilet.

  2. Put the plunger into the toilet bowl, making sure it covers the drain hole completely. Then, push down and pull up on the handle of the plunger in a quick motion. This creates suction that helps to dislodge the clog.

  3. Keep plunging until the water starts to drain from the bowl. This may take several attempts, so don't give up too soon!

  4. Once the water has drained, flush the toilet to see if it's fully cleared. If it's still clogged, repeat the plunging process until the blockage is removed.

  5. Finally, when the toilet is fully unclogged, show them how to clean the plunger and place it back in its proper place.
