Be a Good Friend (or Sibling)
How to be a good friend:
- Listen to your friend: When your friend talks, make sure you pay attention to what they are saying. Show interest by asking questions or making comments about what they are saying.
- Be kind and respectful: Treat your friend the way you want to be treated. Be kind, helpful and respectful to them. Don't say or do anything that may hurt their feelings or make them feel bad.
- Be honest: Always be truthful to your friend. If you make a mistake, own up to it and apologize.
- Be supportive: Be there for your friend when they need you. If they are going through a tough time, offer your support and comfort them.
- Have fun: Spend time doing things you both enjoy. Play games, share jokes, or just hang out together.
How to be a good sibling:
- Be kind: Treat your siblings with kindness and respect. Don't say or do anything that may hurt their feelings or make them feel bad.
- Share: Share your toys, games, and other things with your siblings. Be willing to compromise and find ways to work together when playing or doing things together.
- Be a good listener: Listen to your siblings when they talk to you. Show interest by asking questions and responding to what they are saying.
- Help out: Offer to help your siblings with their chores or homework. Be willing to lend a hand when they need it.
- Spend time together: Spend time doing things you both enjoy. Play games, go on walks, or just hang out together.
